3. Only one entry per person is permitted. The opening date for entries is 5pm on 18th October 2021. The closing date of the prize draw is five (5) p.m. (UK time) on 1 November 2021. Entries received after this time will not be accepted or considered.<\/p>\n
4. Radius accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network, or server failure of any kind.<\/p>\n
5. A winner will be chosen by a random number generator performed by a computer process on 2 November 2021. The winner will receive a brand new iPad mini 64GB.<\/p>\n
6. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram on or before 5 November 2021 and must provide a postal address to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within five (5) working days of being notified by Radius\/iCompario, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited, and we will be entitled to select another winner.<\/p>\n
7. The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The decision of Radius\/iCompario regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.<\/p>\n
